First, when using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, it is meant to be used with a trading service like CQG or the SC order routing service. You would not normally use SC Data-All Services. But you can and it is certainly find to do that so long as you have gone through the monthly verification process that you have a trading account to be able to access the real time CME data.

In regards to this, AMP has set you up with a new Sierra Chart account. They should have sent you the login details for that new account. Follow the instructions here to use those:

That account is now set to use the SC Order Routing Service. You do need to complete the market data agreements for that account. You should be getting a link by email for those.

Let us know if you need more help. So finally, there is no need to be renewing anything on the Sierra Chart account you posted this support request with. We can transfer the balance you have on this account to the new one you have with AMP, let us know if you want us to do that.
