I have never had my Amp account connected to Sierra chart data only CQG.
I am now moving over to Denali with order routing.
When I try to connect to Sierra Chart Trading in DTC I get this maessage:

Connection error message from service: SC Futures Order Routing/Data Connection error. Trade account not assigned

I have contacted Amp and they say thay cant do anything because I purchased directly from you.

Can you please help.
