Why does it take sooooo long to connect to Denali Data Feed. I applied through AMP, Sierra sends me agreements to complete Hours ago which I have done then nothing, hours later still waiting.

Can anyone help

The Denali Exchange Data Feed is active on your Sierra Chart account at this time. The problem is probably because you need to connect to a live trading account to authorize the CME data:

What futures trading/brokerage service do you use? For the reason why we ask this question, refer to:

i am using think or swim; i am seeing that wont work;

i did just apply for the AMP account. that seems to be the easiest solution.

if i fund the AMP account; do i need to activate the denali exchange feed ($25/month) still and then activate the full CME group service ($15.75/month) or since i have AMP i wont need to do this? im a bit confused on this.

thank you

When you set up the AMP account you do need to pay for the Denali exchange data feed and the exchange fee still, but you can choose the $20 option for the Sierra Chart order routing service.

With Regards to Post #8:

You can either get the Denali Exchange Data Feed through AMP or directly through Sierra Chart. It will be the same cost in either case. The only difference is who you pay. If you want to set it up through AMP, then let them know and have them take care of it.

If you want to pay for the data feed directly to Sierra Chart, then follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You can also use the Delayed exchange data feed:

Hi Wetro, going back to your first question about activating Denali, if we broke it down into steps the first step from here is to complete the Market Data Agreements. Be sure to use your full name, as it would appear at AMP.

Hi Wetro, we can't accommodate you with Non-Professional access to the Denali, you insist on providing a Fake Name and likely Fake Address even though we have asked you politely many times. We find this disappointing.
