Good Morning,

I just switched from Rithmic to the new Denali Exchange Data Feed and I'm having trouble getting data to populate. My Sierra Chart account number is __ and my broker is AMP. I've been trying to access the SC Data - All Services for my data but no updated data populates on my chart or DOM. Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue.

Thank you,

Cody

You still need to connect Sierra Chart to Rithmic once a month. Follow the instructions here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

And update the symbols with this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service)

Thank you for your reply. I'm still a little confused though. I just switched over from Rithmic to Denali a few days ago in hopes of no longer using Rithmic going forward. I've logged onto Rithmic during the month but when using SC Data - All Services (Denali) I'm still not receiving any data, even after running the command Edit>>Translate Symbols To Current Service. Am I doing something wrong? Should I be using SC Data - All Services for Denali?

But you still need to use Rithmic, CQG or TT for sending orders. And to be compliant with CME exchange rules for market data. There's no way to avoid that.

Do you still have an account on Rithmic?

In regards to not receiving market data at this time, follow the instructions below and we will see what the problem is:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

In this particular case the problem is with the symbol. It is not correct.

ESU9-CME needs to be ESU19.

Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service will change it. If not let us know.
