This is an issue I brought up some time ago and you had indicated at the time you were working on it but that the solution may not be compatible with the Transact platform. The issue is still persisting namely:When the-order fills for current day only- is checked off,i.e.when I want to review a prior day performance, the linkage of a closing trade does not correspond with its opening trade, but corresponds to the prior trade closing position. The issue does not exist for current day operation when order fill for current day is checked on.
I was wondering if I just have to live with it as long as I am with Transact platform, or something could be or is done about it?
thank you

This really is easily solved from your side just by making sure you stay connected to Transact continuously so no order fills are missed and just adjusting the Order Fills Start Date-Time as explained here:
Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value

There is another thing we can do to improve upon this further and we are still considering that. Yes there is another service, which does solve this, in almost all cases but it is not compatible with Transact.

The problem is staying on all the time! Since when I close my laptop at lunch and or at night, Upon restart I get a fatal error due to internet interrupion, necessitating a restart.
Again to problem doesnt exist when I trade Sim or live with "order fills for current day on ly"
checked on.Its only when I need to go back to review prior day performance that the correspondancece links act up.
I guess I'll have to live with it for the time. But please keep me posted if the situation gets resolve for the Transact platform
Thanka again for your help

The connectivity to Transact is going to change in about two weeks to eliminate these connectivity problems. They have a new websocket API we are working on. That old bridge is going to go away.

We want you to update to prerelease 1931 with Help >> Download Prerelease. And let us know if you see any further issues with order fill matching within a chart. However, in this particular case we want you to clear Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Order Fills Start Date-Time.

But this is not really a complete perfect solution.

By the time I got to it i.e. today 6/15 I was only able to download pre-release 1934.
Glad to report all issues with prior days i.e.buy sell indicators and correspondence linkages are readings correctly ,when "Order fills for current day only" is checked OFF..
I did not have to do anything to order fills start date times since they were already correct from the prior version 1927 pre release i was using since our last communication.
The Control bar icons are also showing the Drawing symbols vs letters. Great job!
Thank you !

Nothing has changed in regards to the original problem in this version. But this version will now use the websocket connection to Transact. But that in and of itself does not change anything with this issue.

With this new version, you can maintain a continuous connection to Transact without any difficulty. So long as their server is running.

Order fills and open close assosciations do not seem to persist. They appear ok when "order fills for currunt day only is checked" in. But if I uncheck it and recheck it the orders fail to reappear on the chart.

In my Ver 2038/64 there is no mention of "Convert trade activity format" in Global settings as suggested in the instruction you referred me to

Sorry about that I had updated yesterday to the current version and it updated to V 2038/64. I just re-updated to current version today as 2040/64 and was able to locate "convert trade activity format" and did convert.
Unfortunately this did not resolve my issue.
With trade activity for current day only checked-in the trade symbol with label and association lines show on the chart correctly. However if I un-check trade activity for current day, the trade symbols on the chart disappear, as they should, but on rechecking-in the trade activity for current day only again, the trades don't reappear ON THE CHART again.Repeating the checking and un-checking action does'nt help further.
thanks for your further help in the matter

when The setting "order fills for current day only" is checked in, the order fills on chart appear correctly. if I uncheck it ,orders disappear on chart of current day,. if I recheck it again the orders do NOT reappear on chart ( That were origiginally appearing).

I am generally daytrading with "order fills for current day"checked in. and everything is fine, however If I go back to a prior day, and uncheck"ordersfor current dayonly" I do not see any of my prior day orders, and when I return to current day my order that were shown before going to prior day, disappear.

Unchecking "order fills for current day only" seem to disable all day trades and prior day trades on chart.
PS: Please note for all of the above I was trading in Sim/live mode

further to my earlier posts on the subject matter, Today on Simlive Ver 2040/64 had earlier trades this morning and all trades appeared on he charts normally. Stopped lunch hour and on restating the program after lunch, none of the earlier trades showed up on charts, and the P&L on the dome showed the correct tally I had before shutdown, Hope this sheds further lights on the trade indicators behaviour I've been experiencing. Thanks

Upgraded to Ver2044 and initial operation indicates issue of Chart trading indicators somewhat resolved.
However I do no not seem to be able to get rid of "Accept server side Startup files". I keep unchecking it, apply and exit and upon immediately rechecking the Check mark is on again. Any suggestion ?

Upon further evalation there seems to be some errors in the open and close chart indicators, an open long position shows a closing arrow on the chart and the label indicates 0 positions(instead of a 1 position). and the closing of the trade shows an open arrow on the chart and the label indicates a -1 position (instead of 0 position). The above is with "order fills for current day only" unchecked. With this item checked in, the arrows revert to normal and the labels indicate correct positions.

Attmpting to implement suggestions in your 22 post I checked the "Trade simulation mode on" and that caused the trade indicators on my charts to disappear, so I unchecked it to retun to normal.
PS: I'm trading on Sim Live
