The connectivity to Transact is going to change in about two weeks to eliminate these connectivity problems. They have a new websocket API we are working on. That old bridge is going to go away. We want you to update to prerelease 1931 with Help >> Download Prerelease. And let us know if you see any further issues with order fill matching within a chart.
