If there is a problem with the data feed stopping we cannot help with that. Refer to help topic 3.4:
Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart: 3.4 - Not Receiving Real-Time Data From Data Feed

If there is a problem with too much of a load within Sierra Chart and the program is actually freezing at times, then refer to this help topic:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

Sierra charts is printing a different number than other platforms even than interactive brokers where the data is coming from!!!

*** I have attached a file of a 5 min chart of june Crud oil from Interactive brokers, Sierra charts, trade station and Think or swim. All are the same except for sierra charts.

I have delay in the chart where the countdown timer will stop then jump several seconds sometimes 10-30 seconds, but usually 4 to 5 seconds. Interactive broker the data source is not doing this.
My other platforms are not doing this.
Even if I run only Interactive and Sierra charts, I still have this problem.

Some are worse than others for example my oil charts only skip 1-4 seconds. gold, up to 8 seconds. copper 20 -40 seconds regularly!

As a result my sierra charts end up looking dissimilar to other charts charting platforms.

This is not the computer I have this custom built for my trading business by phoenix trading computers with I7 core full solid state drive and 16g ram . I got 340 MBPS DL speed.

It must be something to do with my Sierra charts platform perhaps a glitch has formed?

Is there a way of running a diagnostic or repair tool?

I even reduced worn to a handful of chartbooks and still same problem.

I have been using this program for a long time and only recognized this some months ago. I do not think it was present before?

I have tried running with virus software off and no difference.

CPU usage is 11 % running all chartbooks and 2 instances
Any ideas?

Update:
I tried closing everything on my computer but interactive brokers and 1 Sierra charts instance with 1 chart and no indicators. I am getting the same lag in the chart where it takes anywhere from a few to 30 seconds for the chart to move and the count down timer freezes for that time?

I have been going through the list you sent, most of them are referring to High CPU usage. this is does not seem to be the problem..

Running out of things to try

First we want you to post an image of the chart following only these instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image

And at the time you notice this, is Sierra Chart in an inoperable/frozen state. The best way to examine this is to use the Chart Values tool on a chart and see if it is responsive:
Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Values/Crosshair

If it is an operable state which it sounds like is the case based on your most recent posting, then refer to:
Prices / Data Falling Behind

If it is an operable state, we would recommend using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead of the IB data feed:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Also the copper market is less frequently traded so having some delay between chart updates would be understandable.

I have included the chart image a long with a word doc with many chart images from other platforms so you can see the differences.

I have gone through the list of things you said to try

* Tried reconnecting to data, the timer still jumps several seconds regularly.
* Chart interval settings 900 ms.
* Computer is very fast as stated info above only running 4% cpu as high as 11% cpu.
* over 200mbps DL speed
* Closed everything oped only 1 chart book with 1 chart no indicators and still time is jumping on the count down timer.
* Intra day time data storage is set to 1 tick but i do not feel this is a performance or data speed issue.
* I used Cl (oil) this time cos it is more active and there is still random skips in time on the count down timer of a few seconds with no consistency. and at busy times of day.
* Computer clock is set to "set time automatically"

We cannot help with Interactive Brokers data. It is simply not possible for us to help with this beyond the information provided here:
Prices / Data Falling Behind

For a good data feed you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

* I used Cl (oil) this time cos it is more active and there is still random skips in time on the count down timer of a few seconds with no consistency. and at busy times of day.
This also does not sound unusual to us. Use this Countdown Timer study and set it to a continuous countdown based on the real-time clock:
Countdown Timer

We simply are not going to provide any further help here in this regard. This is final.
