Historial Data Only Going Back to 2017 on Package 5

Since the latest roll in CME equity products, I am no longer able to pull historical data on any Historical Charts. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc. I have Package 5 and thought the CME data went back to 2011. Am I missing something? I've never experienced this problem before in the many years I've used this platform. I've tried with and without continuous contracts, setting days to load really high, nothing works. Any reason why this would suddenly happen?

Might be a symbol settings issue. You might be using the wrong symbol. That wouldn't be it. On CQG with auto roll. F.US.EPH19 is the current contract. Nothing works. Port 80, manually deleting all data files and re-downloading This problem has never occurred before. Only after latest roll and upgrade to version 1850 (on 1853 now, no change) Isn't SC Historical Data supposed to merge with with broker data. Only getting one year and that's what CQG gives you. The symbol we see in that Message Log is the wrong symbol. Make sure you are using the right symbols. I am using the right symbols. All my charts are using F.US.EPH19. ES-201903-CME was just for an example. ESH19 produces no historical data. Those are all the ES symbols listed. I have already deleted/downloaded data for all symbols. It's the same issue every time. Data only goes back to 12/17. If I choose Continuous Contract > Date Rollover, I only get the current contract on a Daily Historical Chart. I didn't change a single thing on my charts. The full data set was there before the roll to F.US.EPH19. This is happening for every CME symbol by the way, not just ES. Which brings me to the next question, did you change Sierra Chart Historical Data Symbols or the way in which they integrate with broker data feeds? It's a problem with your historical data symbols. I'll try to do the rest of that today. For now, when I use the instructions to "delete and re-download historical data", I get a list of ES contract symbols. They are in the image below. This functionality works perfect but you need to use the proper symbol which in this case is the CQG symbol and you need to follow our instructions including the documented instructions and you need to provide the information requested.
