Rithmic Connection Failing

Hi,

I recently purchased Sierra Chart via AMP Futures.

I have also been given a datafeed from Rithmic however this does not work.

I have contact them and they have advised that because I purchased Sierra Charts via AMP that the connection will only be via CQG and to speak to Sierra Charts to sort out the issue.

Could you please make my account able to connect to Rithmic?

Is this Rithmic connection from AMP? If so it should work. If not, then you need to use your own direct account:

Hi,

My own existing SierraChart account (account name: Talaicapital) has run out of usage time and is asking me to activate a service package. (I have purchased the platform via AMP but this is under a different account).

When I try to connect to the Rithmic datafeed with the Talaicapital account, it provides the following message in the log:

"Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. | 2018-08-03 08:47:01 *"

Does this mean that my existing account needs activation? If so, the instructions you provided informs me to start a new support link.

Can you please help.

Hi,

I have submitted a response above almost 8 hours ago and was just wondering what time support closes on a Friday as I'd like to get this issue resolved before the close of the week.

A. Your direct Sierra Chart account, talaicapital, is expired. You will need to purchase usage time.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

You can also go to this page in your browser:

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name (talaicapital) and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

My rithmic account is not provided through AMP. It is provided separately via OneUp trader, a funding evaluator.

Does this mean I need to purchase usage time with the talaicapital account even though I just started leasing the platform via AMP through my other new account?

This is so disappointing.

I have just gone through all of the paperwork and effort to fund the account through AMP.

There is a difference of $8 a month (I am paying the subsidised $25 a month via AMP).

Instead of making me go through the hassle of cancelling this account and pulling out my funds is there no way I can upgrade the account (user name AC114706)?

I am willing to pay the unsubsidised Sierra Chart monthly fee as long as it allows the Rithmic connection.

If you look through this conversation log, you can see that I've been trying to sort this out for days.

Surely there is a way that you can save me the hassle of having to make another account?

I have connected to Rithmic with the talaicapital account you kindly extended however the charts do not seem to be moving. Any idea why this might be happening.

Note: I had all of my purchased indicators moved from my talaicapital account to the AMP AC114706 account so although i have connection, I cannot really use it until i have the indicators in the right place so if you could follow up sooner rather than later i would really appreciate it.

This is a service I am currently paying for but at the moment I am in a situation where I could be paying for two accounts which I certainly want to avoid.

Most likely for this reason:
Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart: 3.4 - Not Receiving Real-Time Data From Data Feed

You need to contact the developer of those studies and give them your direct Sierra Chart account, Account Name for them to authorize that account.

What you need to do is cancel your AMP Sierra Chart account. Tell them you do not need it.
