A. Your direct Sierra Chart account, talaicapital, is expired. You will need to purchase usage time. Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account: 1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button. 3.
