Hi,

My own existing SierraChart account (account name: Talaicapital) has run out of usage time and is asking me to activate a service package. (I have purchased the platform via AMP but this is under a different account).

When I try to connect to the Rithmic datafeed with the Talaicapital account, it provides the following message in the log:

"Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. | 2018-08-03 08:47:01 *"

Does this mean that my existing account needs activation? If so, the instructions you provided informs me to start a new support link.

Can you please help.
