Hi, Following our discussion on this a few weeks back, I wanted to check in to see if there has been any progress. Above, you stated the following: For now we will activate your existing account for a month. This will go into effect in a few minutes. No need to pay right now. We will follow-up with you a little later on the best way to proceed and provide additional details. Has there been any updates? This is a service I am currently paying for but at the moment I am in a situation where I could be paying for two accounts which I certainly want to avoid. Regards, Talai |
