This is so disappointing. I have just gone through all of the paperwork and effort to fund the account through AMP. There is a difference of $8 a month (I am paying the subsidised $25 a month via AMP). Instead of making me go through the hassle of cancelling this account and pulling out my funds is there no way I can upgrade the account (user name AC114706)? I am willing to pay the unsubsidised Sierra Chart monthly fee as long as it allows the Rithmic connection. If you look through this conversation log, you can see that I've been trying to sort this out for days. Surely there is a way that you can save me the hassle of having to make another account? |
