OK therefore, that is all that Rithmic is providing. The CME by default provides no more than 10 levels of market depth. For additional levels requires use of their market by order data which is not very efficient. How Rithmic is handling this, we do not know.

Hi, i already asked them and they told me this: "we do not impose a limit on the number of levels you can see in the order book of R | Trader or R | Trader Pro. We provide the same number of levels that the exchange provides to us. if you do not see more than 10 levels per side, kindly make sure you are running the most recent version (in the file menu select check for updates). If after you have determined that you are running the most recent version you still do not see more than 10 levels per side, open a new order book widow. The problem seems to be related to the particular version of the Rithmic software we are using. There really is no other explanation for this. We will have to update it but not totally sure how soon we can get to that.

This is highly unlikely to be resolved anytime soon , assuming we can do anything about it and we have absolutely no idea because we do not know what the underlying reason is. It is not a Sierra Chart issue. After doing the update to the latest Rithmic software and some testing we found out that the Rithmic software is incompatible with the current Sierra Chart project and we are unable to do any updates. This is one reason why we disfavor Rithmic. So put no reliance on this ever happening. For further information, Refer to item 2 here: Sierra Chart Does not Support External Service API Components: Reasons Client-Side API Components Are Not Supported Rithmic uses what is known as an in process API component. Longer term we don't see Sierra Chart supporting Rithmic. But this is not going to happen until more than one to two years from now. So no need to be concerned now. I am attaching here an image from today's trading from a certain user. They have placed side by side Sierra and R Trader(native app to Rithmic) and you can clearly see that they see more than 10 levels on Rithmic and Sierra. So it is working on Sierra as well. Yes we have noticed that as well from some users. Newer versions of Sierra Chart do have a setting to limit the number of displayed market depth levels throughout a chart, refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaximumMarketDepthLevels This is a new setting though. So we are fairly sure this is not the reason. But there has been this setting for the Chart DOM but we are sure it has been mentioned previously: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalTradeSettings.html#MaxDepthLevelsDisplayed Check both of these settings. Based on your response in post #13, I have now connected using CQG. I have checked the settings multiple times that were suggested in post #15 yet still only receive 10 levels of depth for CL. Please advise if you have any other suggestions
