Full deph of market with Rithmic data feed

Hello, Now with rithmic, we suppose to get the full deph of market, everywhere there is a limit order, we suppose to be able to see it. I n Bokkmap, we can it's ok but not with Sierra's DOM. I added 500 level in deph market in chart settings but it's the same. Can you tell me what to do to get this or it is not possible with Sierra chart ? Thanks |

Go to a chart for the symbol and select File >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see the full market depth there? This appears to be a limitation with the Rithmic API that we use. Really there is not much we can do about it at the moment. This will be looked into later on.
