Hi, i already asked them and they told me this: "we do not impose a limit on the number of levels you can see in the order book of R | Trader or R | Trader Pro. We provide the same number of levels that the exchange provides to us. if you do not see more than 10 levels per side, kindly make sure you are running the most recent version (in the file menu select check for updates). If after you have determined that you are running the most recent version you still do not see more than 10 levels per side, open a new order book widow.
