This is highly unlikely to be resolved anytime soon , assuming we can do anything about it and we have absolutely no idea because we do not know what the underlying reason is. It is not a Sierra Chart issue. After doing the update to the latest Rithmic software and some testing we found out that the Rithmic software is incompatible with the current Sierra Chart project and we are unable to do any updates. This is one reason why we disfavor Rithmic. So put no reliance on this ever happening. Longer term we don't see Sierra Chart supporting Rithmic. But this is not going to happen until more than one to two years from now. So no need to be concerned now.
