Yes we have noticed that as well from some users. Newer versions of Sierra Chart do have a setting to limit the number of displayed market depth levels throughout a chart, refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaximumMarketDepthLevels This is a new setting though. So we are fairly sure this is not the reason. But there has been this setting for the Chart DOM but we are sure it has been mentioned previously: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalTradeSettings.html#MaxDepthLevelsDisplayed Check both of these settings.
