Dear Team, I have not been using Sierra charts for a while (12.2025). Now I have logged in again and I can not rollover to the new symbol. I get the message " Historical Intraday Data Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for F:US:EPM26. Historical data logon error: Logon rejected due to authorisation failure.". The charts then come up blank. My data feed is green. How can this be fixed? Thank you |

First thing we want to do is to update Sierra Chart to the current version. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update And then: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.
