There are no errors in the log you supplied related to having issues connecting to CQG. In fact - we are seeing a good connection to your CQG account and everything is fine in this regard.

But, we do see the following in your log, which is very odd:
2026-03-18 12:51:37.591 | UserContributedStudies_64.dll loading error. Windows error code 193: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
