There was a change to Windows that caused an issue with emulators, such that you need to use the ARM version of our software. In general, this should not be a problem, but if you use any custom studies, then you would need to ensure you have the ARM version of those studies as well. To use the ARM version, you need to star the software from the "SierraChart_ARM64.exe" instead of the "SierraChart_64.exe" file. Once you have the software running, then you can create a desktop shortcut to that particular file by selecting "Global Settings >> Create Desktop Shortcut".
