euro stoxx not working...

John, My eurostoxx won't load. I first get message in bright red, see screenshot. Then it just goes all blank. My euro vix from the same exchange is working fine. I have tried 1- deleting and reloading data 2- doing the old 'translate symbol...' trick 3- restarting instance (this instance also has the euro vix which is working perfectly) Ideas??? Karen |
