What symbols are you using for Euro Vix and Euro Stoxx? Also, we do not really understand what you are referring to in terms of the symbols changing to the "_Free_Trial_Symbols". Those symbols are just a list of symbols. The only CME Group symbols in there are MES and YM. And the format will match the format that is used when your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data". Were you going to "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol" and selecting the "Select" button within there? If so, what was the symbol prior to selecting the "Select" button?
