The "_Free_Trial_Symbols" that are listed are specifically the symbols that can only be used when on a Trial. There is no reason for that to have anything to do with your charts. Although we do not know why it would be selected when you open the "Find Symbol" window. In the end, the question is what is the symbol of the chart when you are having a problem and when you are not. From what we see in the image you provided, you have symbols set for "Teton" and for "SC Data". For instance, you have a chart for "NQH26_FUT_CME" - this is a symbol for Teton. But you also have a symbol for "ESM16-CME" which is a symbol for "SC Data". To us, it appears you have some confusion on the symbols that are being used for the particular service. Make sure you have these correct. Also, you are not setup to get any real-time data for EUREX from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The exchange expired on January 31, 2026 and you have not re-activated it since then.
