Data freeze at 7:30am

The past couple days i get all data freeze at 7:30am. Also the data misses from 7:30:00 am till 7:31:40 am even after redownload data.

We see the following in the log:

So there is a disconnection, but there is nothing in the log for any reason why it occurred. The data feed reconnected 3 seconds later as it states that it will do from the log entry.

We simply do not have enough information to point to anything specific. It could be any number of reasons for this at that time. In order to eliminate Rithmic as a possible issue - the data feed will drop if the connection to the trading service is lost - we recommend installing a second Sierra Chart with the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data". Then if you see this in the Rithmic installation but not the SC Data installation, then it is an issue with connectivity to Rithmic.

Exact same thing happened to me Since Jan 22nd Globex open when even login service was down for around 1 hour. Since then my sierrachart would suddenly lost connection, and I could only find out when I see nothing was moving. Happened several times and I upgraded then downgraded the software nothing helps. The behaviour is much like when trying to connect from second computer while not disconnecting from the first without buying 2 systems. But in logs I cannot see anything except gracefully close. Exactly like nosast shown here.

Prior incidents happened then I have to manually connect(or F11), but this morning right at 9:30 EST while the chart lost connection suddenly, When I check file menu the connect to data feed is greyed out meaning the software thought I was connected? Had to reboot software to get it functional, since then it's been running without a problem.

I've seen people mentioning connection problems just recently. Sierrachart support please investigate, thank you.
