We see the following in the log:
2026-01-29 08:31:04.508 | Denali Data Feed | Disconnected from the server.
2026-01-29 08:31:04.508 | Denali Data Feed | Data feed disconnected. Will reconnect in 3 seconds.

So there is a disconnection, but there is nothing in the log for any reason why it occurred. The data feed reconnected 3 seconds later as it states that it will do from the log entry.

We simply do not have enough information to point to anything specific. It could be any number of reasons for this at that time. In order to eliminate Rithmic as a possible issue - the data feed will drop if the connection to the trading service is lost - we recommend installing a second Sierra Chart with the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data". Then if you see this in the Rithmic installation but not the SC Data installation, then it is an issue with connectivity to Rithmic.
