What time zone are you referring to? Yesterday, we have to check the time but it was close to 9 AM or might have been around 8:30 AM US Eastern time, we did work on our CTA feeds (NYSE and AMEX). Our provider of these data feeds, had an issue with one of their circuits in Pennsylvania from their carrier which delivers data, from New York to Chicago. So we were switching to a secondary circuit. That would have caused an interruption for users of about 30 seconds. Maybe you are referring to that.
