We have looked into this. There was a problem with our wavelength circuit at that time. There is less than two minutes of data, missing at that time.
The carrier did detect the problem and resolve it. Unfortunately the exact same issue happened again today. freeze at exactly 7:30am. Could not see any new data for a minute. Very frustrating when you're trying to trade. You can take a look at EDHL_MBO 07:30:00 - 07:31:07 is missing. And any other U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape I was watching freezes.
