Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I am encountering a challenge with one of my Chartbooks, which fails to display correctly on the Sierra Chart trading platform. I have attached the Chartbook file for your review. For context, I am running Sierra Chart on an Apple MacBook Pro (M1 chip) using the CrossOver virtual environment for Windows. The specific version of Sierra Chart currently installed is detailed in the attached screenshot. To isolate the issue, I attempted to open the same Chartbook on a separate Windows-based PC, but unfortunately encountered the same problem. I have also attached screenshots of what is displayed on Sierra Chart when attempting to load the Chartbook. I reviewed the system logs for any potential errors that might be related to this issue, but did not identify any relevant entries. [image: image.png] *The below is running on MAC* [image: image.png] *The Chart displays the below screen after uploading:* [image: image.png] I would greatly appreciate your assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue. |

It took a number of minutes for the data to download and load into the charts. But once it did everything was fine. But, one issue in particular with this chartbook is that you are using a Continuous Futures Contract for many of the charts, and you are getting your data from Rithmic. Rithmic does not have data for previous contracts, therefore the Continuous Futures Contract chart will not work properly with Rithmic, as the system is trying to download data for prior contracts which causes an issue for Rithmic. You need to set the "Continuous Futures Contract" option to "None" for your charts in order to ensure that you do not have an issue with the data from Rithmic. Another option would be to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data instead of Rithmic. This will allow you to get the historical data and use the Continuous Futures Contract option. The charts are still not displaying data, after I changed the continuous contract list to None.

Below is the last Log file that is left, due to maximum limit of files to attach. Thank you so much for a very reliable support. If it's something that happens, I can be available for any Virtual meeting convenient to you, so that maybe you can easily troubleshoot. Thank you. |

There is nothing in the log that shows any issues with the data. Although we do see a couple of incorrect symbols being referenced, in particular the following: - MESM5.CME - ESM20_FUT_CME Since you are connected to SC Data, these symbols should be MESM25-CME and ESM20-CME. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to try and update those symbols to the proper symbols for the current service you are connected to. Please close that chartbook and open a single chart for ESM25-CME (assuming you are connected to SC Data). Let us know if that one chart loads properly or not. Hello Support, The guidance above has successfully worked. After I do "Translate Symbols to Current Service", it worked, but I had to restart the Sierra Chart to effect the changes. Thank you very much for your Quick response and support. |

Please look at the above screenshots. On my Sierra Chart, when opening Chart Settings, I encounter this Black Theme shown on the Screenshot. On my Trainer's Sierra, he gets the White Background one. When I checked and followed the guide to this white one, I don't get a working solution. What do you advise I should do. It gets easier for me to follow my trainer when we are looking from identical interfaces. Please advise. |

What you are seeing is the new Chart Settings window which is fully customizable regarding colors: Settings Windows Interface: New Chart Settings Window Not those absolutely purely despicable horrible, from hell, Microsoft based dialog windows which older versions of Sierra Chart had.
