You definitively want to stay with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We definitely do not recommend using CQG data.

If you are having performance issues with that particular chart it is due to its complexity.

We want you to close the Chartbook and start with a basic chart at first and set up the continuous futures contract settings as you require. Refer to:

so I am curious to see if I am actually getting the data from Denali.

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers
