Topstep, after analysis, claims that the problem of Sierra not connecting to Rithmic is on Sierra's side. I am asking for quick help, I have been waiting for many days to solve the problem and start trading contracts.

If you are getting a "Permission Denied" error, then this is a Rithmic issue. I don't have market data username and market data password - see attachment. I was using AMP and now I want to Work with Topstep, which provides Rhitmic data. I have nothing to do with Rhitmnic. When selecting Rhitmic, I cannot, according to the Topstep instructions, select Topstep server from the list.

You need to go through the instructions at the following link. Note steps 8-10 where you need to close the Data/Trade Service Settings Window and then open it again in order to see the full list of servers available: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You are setup to get real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you do not need to enter the Market Data or Historical Data information on the Data/Trade Service Settings for Rithmic. Just be sure that you connect at least once a month to your live trading account in order to verify your Non-Professional standing. I've already gone through these points and the problem is that there is no list of servers from which I can choose. Once I am connected to Topestep then we will discuss the 2nd issue - setup to get real-time data for the CME Group. |

You need to select "Rithmic Direct - DTC" for the "Current Selected Service", then select "OK" to close the window and open it again by selecting "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" and then you will get the list of servers. I've done this dozens of times and there is no list of servers from which I can choose Topstep.

Do you get a list of servers at all? We do see TopStep in the list of servers, so if you get a list of servers at all, you should be seeing TopStep. Refer to the attached image for what we see. Since the beginning of the problem, I don't see anything in the server list. That's the point.

Please do the following: - Select "Window >> Message Log". - On the Message Log window select "Edit >> Clear Log". - Close the Message Log. - Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". - On the Data/Trade Service Settings Window, select "SC Data - All Services" for the "Current Selected Service. - Select the "Apply All" button on the bottom right. - Change the "Current Selected Service" to "Rithmic Direct - DTC". - Select the "OK" button to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window. - Wait 10 seconds - Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". - Select the list for the "Server" by clicking into the field on the right for this entry. If you see the list of servers, then great. Select the server you want and continue on. If you still do not see any servers listed, then do the following: - Select "Window >> Message Log". - Select the "Send For Analysis" button at the top (it looks like a menu item, but is really a button). - Post in this thread and let us know that you have sent us your Message Log. On November 20, I paid for the Sierra. What do I have to pay $42 for? I will not be paying as I have been paying for AMP so far. Rhitmic data will now be paid for by Topstep, with whom I have established a partnership. I am working on a solution to the problem - I could not select Topstep from the server list. After your last message, you can see the server Rhitmic, to which I entered my data from Topstep. Since, in cooperation with Topstep, Topstep provides Rhitmic data, what am I supposed to pay for now?

If you received a message stating that you needed to have $42.00 in your account, then this would have been for both the exchange fee due on the first day of December and the upcoming renewal of your package on December 20, 2024. You did not have enough funds in your account to renew the exchange fee, so that has been turned off. You are no longer setup to get any real-time data from us. Your next renewal will be on December 20, 2024 at which time you will need to ensure that you have $36.00 in your account prior to that day.
