Please do the following:
- Select "Window >> Message Log".
- On the Message Log window select "Edit >> Clear Log".
- Close the Message Log.
- Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings".
- On the Data/Trade Service Settings Window, select "SC Data - All Services" for the "Current Selected Service.
- Select the "Apply All" button on the bottom right.
- Change the "Current Selected Service" to "Rithmic Direct - DTC".
- Select the "OK" button to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window.
- Wait 10 seconds
- Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings".
- Select the list for the "Server" by clicking into the field on the right for this entry.

If you see the list of servers, then great. Select the server you want and continue on.

If you still do not see any servers listed, then do the following:
- Select "Window >> Message Log".
- Select the "Send For Analysis" button at the top (it looks like a menu item, but is really a button).
- Post in this thread and let us know that you have sent us your Message Log.
