I don't have market data username and market data password - see attachment. I was using AMP and now I want to Work with Topstep, which provides Rhitmic data. I have nothing to do with Rhitmnic. When selecting Rhitmic, I cannot, according to the Topstep instructions, select Topstep server from the list.
