You need to go through the instructions at the following link. Note steps 8-10 where you need to close the Data/Trade Service Settings Window and then open it again in order to see the full list of servers available: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You are setup to get real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you do not need to enter the Market Data or Historical Data information on the Data/Trade Service Settings for Rithmic.
