Hi Team, Could you please help me out ? My feed is delayed by 10 minutes, i did turned off the "trade simulation mode on" but this is not resolving my issue. Could you please tell me what i'm doing wrong ? Thanks team. Regards, |

You did not follow all the instructions to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup. Please follow through all of the instructions at the following link for the CME Group data (you do not need to repeat anything that you have already done): Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are wanting data for the EUREX or CFE exchanges, then the instructions for those are on the same page as above, just scroll to the top and select the appropriate link at the top of the page. You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. What order routing service are you setup to use with Stage 5 (what service are you connecting to in order to validate your non-professional status)? If you are connecting to your live trading account, then for some reason that is not updating your verification date. Hi Team, Thanks for your feedbacks. So i took contact with stage 5 and they told me that my order rootings goes through CQG. Attached the log. Also i see that i was verified until May 12 of this year... |
