hi, my data isn't loading between the last time I logged onto sierra and current. so if I logged on Wednesday and then Friday, i can't see data between wednesday and friday. Any reason for this? thanks |

Hi , i would post the message log but i just cleared it. its not the end of the world that i cant load the data because its loading from the point where i sent the message, but i did have another question, my bid and ask on footprint and delta charts has flipped for no apparent reason. do you know how i flip it back? thanks |

We did not see that earlier, so you are fine. ---------------- The Numbers Bars has always had the Bid on the left and the Ask on the right when displayed in the way you have it. i promise you it has changed, because i have delta studies, which subract bid vol from ask vol, and for every chart in every chartbook, this delta study is inversed. is there any way for me to flip it for every chart again? somewhere i accidently changed all my charts from 'ask vol- bid vol' to 'bid vol-ask vol' |

The problem is you are not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are receiving data from Rithmic. And we have heard the bid volume and ask volume are reversed on that. We have told them about this. Update Sierra Chart to the current version following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update As long as you are connecting to a live Rithmic account this should resolve the problem. And then re-download the data. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". when i do this, not only does it not work, but it deletes all the historical data from my chart, so i can no longer go back and look at data, i only have the candles from the point where i pressed 'delete and download'

i have one, but for now im using this specific account for a reason. when i have paper traded using rythmic before the bid vol and ask vol were never flipped, and i never got the historical data issues even though i wasnt connected to a live trading account
