The problem is you are not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are receiving data from Rithmic. And we have heard the bid volume and ask volume are reversed on that. We have told them about this. Update Sierra Chart to the current version following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update As long as you are connecting to a live Rithmic account this should resolve the problem. And then re-download the data. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
