Rithmic will solve this:
the bid vol and ask vol were never flipped,

This is because we were providing the historical data from Sierra Chart servers:
and i never got the historical data issues even though i wasnt connected to a live trading account

But this data is not provided on the new Rithmic connection and needs to fully come from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the CME requires that you have a live account:

We will activate the data feed, for today but you need to get a funded account. The link above explains what to do.

Restart Sierra Chart and do the following:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
