Hi, I would like to book a remote assistence session please? I cant even post my logs here as it frezes my chrome broswer. Since upgrading to denali data feed, I have issues with speed.
I am only using 40% CPU however. I have my server port 443 enabled and my intraday time set to 1min. Still lagging.
My ServerSendBufferSizeInBytes is consistently too large in 4 digits.
Please help with a remote assistance call. .

And another thing we notice is that you would be receiving 10 minute delayed data for the following reason:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Based upon what we see, you still would be receiving delayed CME data. Who is your futures broker?
