Hello, using two AMP accounts one with market depth and second with top of book. The issue with sierrachart when using the second top of book login account does not show futures ES index data feed in charts or dom, although options data is working. The ES data is working with the second (top of book) account login from the CQG website. Please advise thank you.

To begin - Sierra Chart does not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. So you are not getting any data for ES from CQG (or any other symbol traded on the CME Group).

You are setup to get data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Specifically, you have the following exchange active:
- CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts

So any data you would be getting should have the market depth data with it.

As to why you are having an issue with one connection and not another - we are wondering if you are running these connections on two different computers. The exchanges require that you pay a second set of exchange fees in order to get data to two different computers simultaneously - and you are not setup for this. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

My objective is to improve performance and run SierraChart from two computers at one location on same LAN. The setup is one computer displays charts and other computer displays and trades from DOMs.

Your response helps make clear the data feed comes from Denali and may require an additional exchange fee. However am using CQG for trade routing and that's the second account/computer reference. Additionally have two accounts with AMP, one market depth and other top of book.

Since only trading from the second computer using CQG as entered into Data/Trade Service Settings Current Selected Service, what should the Data/Trade Service Settings Current Selected Service on the first computer be to receive CME with Market Depth data paid through the SierraChart account, and where are the order routing settings set to CQG?

Researching here refers to possible solutions, DTC(sub-instance), Denali from 2-3 computers, are either useful with my objective to bypass paying an additional exchange fee?

Or if an exchange fee is required, and I select the option for 2 systems, will it apply to either AMP login accounts or is there a SierraChart login required?

As we stated, you can NOT use the data from CQG in Sierra Chart for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you are not getting any data from CQG.

The issue you are having is related to using two different computers and not being setup for it for the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

The only "workaround" to not pay a second set of exchange fees is to use Sierra Chart on one computer. You can have two different installations on the same computer, each connecting to a different AMP account. Refer to the following:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

If you want to continue with the two computers, then you will need to change to paying for the data to get to two computers simultaneously. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

Since you are connecting to CQG, you will setup your "Data/Trade Service Settings" to connect to your CQG accounts. Refer to the instructions here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

In order to ensure that you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, make sure the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". If you need to change this, then after selecting "OK" to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window, select "File >> Reconnect".

And finally - if you are not using the data from CQG for any other purpose, then tell AMP that you do not want to pay for the CQG data, as you are getting the data from Sierra Chart.

The preferred data feed is Denali with order routing through AMP CQG. Is this accomplished on your side or AMPs by enabling CQG order routing for my Sierra Chart account.

As is now the data service settings are SC Data (Denali) for data and want to route orders through CQG via AMP. However, after setting AMP with Sierrachart-Denali-CQG order routing only, then setting data services as CQG WebAPI there's no data feed. This is why been paying for market depth data on both AMP and SierraChart accounts.

Correct where I'm misunderstanding, because if service settings need be CQG WEBAPI then AMP requires CQG data feed. Or there's an issue with Denali providing market depth data and CQG order routing with my account.

As is now the data service settings are SC Data (Denali) and does provide market depth data however only sim trading is available.

Paying the additional exchange fee on a second computer is a non-issue.

You are not understanding how Sierra Chart works with regards to data and connecting to trading services.

Sierra Chart is specifically setup to allow you to connect to your chosen trading service (Teton, CQG, Rithmic, Interactive Brokers) and then get data from either that trading service (if available) or from us. With CQG, in particular, we do NOT support data for the CME Group and EUREX - so you can NOT get this data from CQG into Sierra Chart. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services

As noted above, you setup the trading service connection in the Data/Trade Service Settings. Then you will be trading with that service and getting data from us. The one control over whether you are actually getting data from us is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds".

This being said, you need to set your Data/Trade Service Settings to connect to CQG by following these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Then make sure the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes".

The choice of whether you use CQG or another order routing service is between you and AMP. That decision has nothing to do with Sierra Chart.

Once the above is done for both of your computers, then you should be getting real-time data to one computer (and only one computer) along with Market Depth data for the CME exchange ONLY. You are only setup to get data for the CME exchange (including Market Depth), not the entire CME Group.

The computer that connects first to the data feed will get the real-time data. The other computer will not get anything if it is connected to CQG.

To resolve the issue of getting data to two different computers at the same time, you need to set the option to be able to get the data to two different computers at the same time. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

If you are having an issue getting market depth data with the real-time data for symbols on the CME exchange, then start by going through the following:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
