To begin - Sierra Chart does not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. So you are not getting any data for ES from CQG (or any other symbol traded on the CME Group). You are setup to get data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Specifically, you have the following exchange active: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts So any data you would be getting should have the market depth data with it. As to why you are having an issue with one connection and not another - we are wondering if you are running these connections on two different computers. The exchanges require that you pay a second set of exchange fees in order to get data to two different computers simultaneously - and you are not setup for this.
