You are either receiving real-time data or not. It has nothing to do with a chartbook. You are currently on the "Base Advanced" package. The "Base" packages do not allow for connectivity to data or trading services. So you can not get any real-time data for any of the exchanges that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed, or from any other source. You do have access to real-time data for FOREX, CFD, Crypto Currency, and Market Statistics, as these are available with any package. If you want to get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then we need to know what are the exchanges for which you are wanting the real-time data and we can then point you to the proper instructions. In order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fees, you need to understand that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the above worked out and are ready to get the real-time data, then the first step is to change your package to one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following information for these packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages Then follow these instructions to actually change your package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package The next step is to setup the data for the CME Group by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Keep in mind that the S&P 500 futures are traded on the CME exchange and Crude Oil is traded on the NYMEX exchange.
