You are either receiving real-time data or not. It has nothing to do with a chartbook. You are currently on the "Base Advanced" package. The "Base" packages do not allow for connectivity to data or trading services. So you can not get any real-time data for any of the exchanges that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed, or from any other source. You do have access to real-time data for FOREX, CFD, Crypto Currency, and Market Statistics, as these are available with any package. If you want to get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then we need to know what are the exchanges for which you are wanting the real-time data and we can then point you to the proper instructions.
