In order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fees, you need to understand that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the above worked out and are ready to get the real-time data, then the first step is to change your package to one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following information for these packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages Then follow these instructions to actually change your package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package The next step is to setup the data for the CME Group by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Keep in mind that the S&P 500 futures are traded on the CME exchange and Crude Oil is traded on the NYMEX exchange. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
