Hello, this morning I was missing premarket data so I decided to delete and download all data and now I'm missing a month of data but anything before that loads. For some reason my sub instance works and loads correctly but not my main instance despite having the same settings.

Please right click on the chart before the current day's data (so sometime in 8/1 and select "Delete and Download Data". Let us know if you are not getting the data showing after this.

This issue is now resolved, but the problem must have been that you have set a historical data server for CME data here: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) And that server was set to DS13.SierraCharts.com Remove that.
