This issue is now resolved, but the problem must have been that you have set a historical data server for CME data here:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

And that server was set to DS13.SierraCharts.com

Remove that. Or if that is not the issue restart Sierra Chart.
