I have attempted all suggestions without success. Dorman says everything is ok on their end. I don't want to uninstall completely only to find the problem lies somewhere beyond my computer. What to try next?

25 seconds didn't help I'm sending another message log. This looks different than the one this morning. Especially the "connected party did not properly respond after a period of time" part.

Yes we have more information now. This problem is due to a firewall on your computer, or the network you are connecting from. The connection is expressly being blocked.

I have Microsoft Defender which shows Sierra Chart has access. Also, turning Defender firewall off didn't help. The ISP says they don't limit or monitor connections. All other connections are operating normally. It is a puzzle.

The problem is resolved. Firewall in router was inadvertantly changed to maximum setting. Somebody(!) just didn't understand what they were doing. My apologies and appreciation to everyone that became involved.
