MBO data stay empty

Hello,

I have an issue with MBO data, I can't display it in DOM, MBO columns stay empty.

I have package 12 and I am connected to data/trade service through Rithmic. Rithmic credentials are provided by BluSky Pro (prop firm).

I tried to subscribe to CME data through sierra chart dashboard, but this not change anything. Maybe I could and need to connect 2 data providers : Rithmic (from BluSky) and CME (from Denali Sierra Chart ? that I subscribed) simultaneously if possible to be able to see MBO data and also trade my Blusky Evaluation in the same time. Maybe i need to do this with 2 different Sierra Chart instances ? (I can't find my CME credentials btw, I think it's automaticaly connected, can you confirm ?)

To start with, in order to view MBO data within Sierra Chart, you have to be using our Denali data feed. Refer to the following:

Sierra Chart is setup to allow you to get data from us and trade with your chosen trading provider. Refer to the information here:

Then, you also need to understand that in order to get data from the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for monthly verification. Prop firms do not count towards this requirement, as it is not a personal account. Refer to the information here:

The above is why you are not getting the data from us at this time. Your Exchange Agreements were rejected because you did not enter a Clearing Firm or Account Number, and you also need to connect to your live trading account in order to update your "Verified Until" date, which can be viewed at the following link:

To summarize:

You need to have a live trading account. Once you have this, then you can redo the exchange agreements at the following link:

And then once you connect to that live account you will start to get the real-time data for the CME Group from us, which will include the MBO data.
