My data just stopped. Still have a green light. I updated to the latest version, deleted all data and downloaded. Charts populate but price has stopped. I'm using the Rithmic Data feed with Apex and have changed nothing. Lost over $1400 before realizing it stopped. Please help!

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. The first log is for symbol ESH4.CME which does not populate and the second log is for ESH24_FUT_CME which does populate. Neither shows any price action. Not sure how we're getting 2 different symbols for the same instrument considering they are both Rithmic data. See attached DTS.

The issue you are having is due to the following in your log: Rithmic Direct - DTC (Data) | Logon error received from server: permission denied
The first thing we would like for you to do is to remove the entries in "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" for the Market Data and Historical Data entries. Completely remove the Username and Passwords from those fields. You do not need them as you are setup to get the CME exchange data from us. Also, check the information at the following link for some other things to look into related to the Permission Denied error: Rithmic Trading Platform Service And finally, you have some incorrect symbols in your charts for Rithmic. That Rithmic data feed with the symbol ESH4.CME connects me and my trades to Apex Trader Funding. They are the proprietary trading firm that I trade with. So, I can't delete that connection, nor have I had to in the past. Are you suggesting there's another option? Also, the only reason I use the CME Market Data is when I switch over to my personal account with AMP Futures which uses Teton and with the symbol ESH24_FUT_CME. Which while using the APEX login credentials was the only symbol that populated my charts. Which I discovered while trying to troubleshoot the problem I had today with my lost Apex connection. Alright, so I've gone back "again" and selected the correct symbol (exactly as you instructed - and exactly as I always have) for the same data feed that I've always used with Apex. As a result my charts are now populate but at this time (11pm CT) I can't be sure is live. I know it hasn't moved 1 tick for over an hour. So, something has changed which is strange because I haven't done anything different on my end that I done before. One thing is for sure, I can NOT risk this happening again. This cost me $1400 on an evaluation account and an entire trading day that can not be made up. What's most important is how can I be rest assured this will not happen again?
