Account / services all working but no live prices

Hi there, my account is saying all my recurring services are working and up to date, with a connection to the CQG data feed, but I am not getting live prices?

This seems odd as I'm not even getting delayed prices, or a note on the charts to say they are delayed, just no price update at all.

When I disconnect from CQG to SC data, or log off entirely and back in, I get an updated price but then back to frozen.

It sounds like the symbols of the charts are not set correctly for CQG. Translate them with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.


And reconnect to the data feed after:
